The Great American Book Giveaway launched its beta contest this week and will officially launch in January. In a PR effort, they plan to award new hardcover books to hundreds of random winners. You have to sign-up, of course, in order to win. They claim that they'll never sell your e-mail address, but they also ask for phone and address info.
